Deletion invalidates the private result link and removes the stored screening answers, contextual answers, derived profile, and personalised report snapshot associated with it.

Minimal payment, fraud-prevention, tax, and accounting records may be retained separately where law requires. Those records should not contain your screening score, answers, patterns, or report text.

Contact the privacy channel once it is published before live launch. Do not send health answers by email. A limited payment or technical reference may be needed to find the correct record without exposing another person’s data.
