Professional guidance

When a fuller conversation may be useful.

A screening report can help you describe the pattern. It cannot replace an assessment or decide what is causing it.

When to consider it

A conversation may be worthwhile when difficulties are persistent, significantly disruptive, newly changing, or affecting work, study, home life, relationships, health responsibilities, or everyday administration.

If the timing is recent

A broader evaluation may be more useful than assuming ADHD explains everything. Sleep, stress, mood, health changes, medication changes, and increased demands can be relevant context without proving a cause.

What to bring

Bring two or three concrete examples: what you intended to do, what happened instead, how long the pattern has been present, where it shows up, and what makes it easier or harder. Your report can help organise that conversation.

Who to speak with

Choose an appropriately qualified professional whose scope includes adult attention difficulties and broader health context in your location. Tempo does not select a provider, prescribe treatment, or operate a therapist marketplace.

Urgent help

Tempo is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service in your location now.
