If the assessment does not resume or save, check your connection and try again. In the testing version, you can use the demo reset link supplied with the deployment to begin a clean journey.

If a payment is captured but the report does not open, do not pay again. Keep the payment reference and contact support so the delivery state can be checked without your health answers.

If the PDF does not download, allow downloads for the site in your browser and try again. The web report remains available until deletion or the configured expiry date.

Use the deletion control on the private report page whenever possible. If you cannot reach it, read the data deletion guidance before contacting the privacy channel.
