Your answers are private by design.

Tempo is intended only for adults aged 18 or over. The final operator name and registered business address must be published before live launch.

We collect screening answers, contextual answers, an optional first name, and limited technical or session data needed to keep the assessment working and secure. After purchase, we keep an opaque payment reference and payment status.

We do not ask for an account, email address, phone number, date of birth, postal address, gender, advertising identifier, or social-media identity.

We use answers to calculate the unchanged ASRS screening result, generate and deliver the personalised educational report, make the report downloadable, and protect the service. Consent is recorded before screening begins.

The current staging checkout is a simulator. It does not ask for card, bank, UPI, billing, email, or phone details and does not contact a payment processor.

A live payment provider is not connected. Any future integration requires a separate privacy and security review and must never receive screening answers, scores, health context, report text, or a private report link.

We do not sell screening answers, use health answers for advertising, create advertising audiences from results, or install advertising pixels, session replay, or behavioural-recording tools. We do not use unrestricted AI to make clinical decisions.

Hosting, security, storage, and payment providers may process the minimum data needed to perform their service, potentially in other countries. Final production providers and locations must be reviewed before launch. They are not permitted by us to use screening answers for advertising.

Reports use hard-to-guess private links, are marked not to be indexed, and are served with private no-store caching. Anyone with the link may be able to view the report, so keep it private. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Raw answers are kept only while the screening and report generation are in progress. Once the report is created, those answers are replaced by a minimal delivery entitlement. The report is kept for the configured retention period and can be deleted from its private page; an automated purge removes expired sessions, entitlements, and reports. The testing commerce record is health-free and retained separately for audit.

You may download your report or delete stored assessment data from the private report page. The privacy channel is not yet published for this testing version; the formal grievance channel is not yet published. Both are mandatory before live launch. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and identity and security checks.

This V1 is adults-only. If you say you are under 18, we do not begin collecting screening answers.

We may update this notice as the service or law changes. Material changes will be dated and presented clearly. A security reporting channel must be published before live launch.
