If you were charged twice, payment was captured but the report stayed inaccessible, a technical failure prevented delivery, or you believe a payment was unauthorised, contact the support channel once it is published before live launch. Include only the minimum payment reference needed; do not email screening answers.

The current staging simulator does not make a charge, so no refund can arise from a demo run. Before live payment is introduced, provider-specific timing, duplicate-charge, failed-delivery, and refund procedures must be reviewed and published.

Nothing in this policy removes refund, cancellation, chargeback, or other consumer rights that apply by law. Final jurisdiction-specific terms require legal review before launch.
